Perimenopause can feel confusing, isolating, and oddly lonely. Your body looks and feels different. Your patience, energy, sleep, and sense of self may all be shifting at once, and you might feel like you’re losing your mind.

You’re not.

If you’re looking for somewhere to turn for support, then this just might be the space for you. THE PERI-PAUSE PACKAGE is a small, monthly support group for women who want understanding, practical insight, management tips, and shared experiences.

About Your Facilitator, Julie Anne Gniadek, PMP

My name is Julie, and I have been a project manager and business consultant for nearly 20 years. By day, I spend my professional life helping organizations and people bring structure to complexity, make sense of change, and build systems that actually support the humans inside them. I am also a certified professional trainer and master facilitator.

I’m the furthest thing from a licensed health care professional. I am just an everyday woman who entered perimenopause earlier than expected and found herself navigating a confusing, under-discussed phase of life—all on her own.

Like many women, I am still working, leading, delivering, and performing, while quietly trying to understand what is happening in my body and mind.

Alongside my consulting work, I’m currently earning my PhD and exploring menopause support in the workplace as a potential dissertation focus. I’m especially interested in how hormonal transitions intersect with productivity, leadership, psychological safety, and the often invisible mental load women carry at work.

This space is not about diagnoses or directives; it’s about shared learning, thoughtful experimentation, reflection, and support, designed by someone who understands both structured problem-solving and what it feels like to be in the middle of personal change.

If you’re here because you’re trying to make sense of perimenopause while still showing up fully in your life and work, you’re not alone. I’m walking this path, too. Let’s do it together.

Who This Is For

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel “off”
  • Notice sudden changes in sleep, mood, focus, motivation, or energy
  • Experience brain fog, irritability, anxiety, or emotional swings
  • Struggle with your personal and professional relationships
  • Seek support that’s thoughtful, compassionate, and grounded
  • Prefer structure and consistency without pressure or homework

You do not need a formal diagnosis to join. Many women arrive simply because something feels different and they’re beginning to connect the dots.

This is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about steadying, understanding, and reclaiming trust in your body.
